Return Policy
Returns on DIY bed hardware kits and storage beds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, and all products must be returned in original packaging and condition. Refund of purchase price (less original shipping) will be issued within 2 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the order has not shipped.
Privacy Policy
Lift & Stor Beds does not share your private details with any company, nor does it resell information for any reason. Lift & Stor reserves the right to contact clients whom have provided contact info to us for warranty and promotional items, but also commits to not letting this information or become public or available to any third party.
Termination by the Company or Cancellation of Services
Lift & Stor Beds reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity for any reason deemed by Lift & Stor to warrant such refusal. In the event that monies have been paid and not used for labor or materials, Lift & Stor Beds will refund these monies to the entity with whom service and production has been discontinued.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Lift & Stor Beds cannot be held responsible for defects in products which arise as a result of usage or wear outside the norms for the piece of furniture supplied. Additionally, Lift & Stor beds does not warranty damage caused by neglect, misuse, or acts of god such as storms or wear from the sun.
Restrictions on the Uuse of This Site
This website does not contain objectionable content, and is okay for use by any age group. The products on this site are for purchase by anyone with a valid legal form of payment.
Limitations of Liability
Lift & Stor Beds does not assume responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse or natural wear of products supplied. Proper maintenance and care is a responsibility of the owners of the products we supply, and safe usage is incumbent upon these individuals or their legal parents or guardians.
