Return Policy – returns accepted within 30 days from purchase. Must be in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping to be paid by buyer and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty – Mechanism has a 15 year warranty to the original purchaser. Cabinetry has a 5 year warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. Damaged caused by improper installation is not covered under the warranty.

Color samples are only a guide. The look and color will change with age, light exposure, color intensity, grain, preparation, applications, etc.

Shipping: Shipped “curbside” by common carrier. Bed arrives in two very heavy boxes. The driver will unload the truck. Driver is not responsible for taking it inside your home, so please have help ready. Shipper will contact you and schedule a 4-hour delivery window. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
